RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members
- Managing all aspects of the brand through the supply chain both tangible and intangible.
- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
- Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
- Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

Job description
Major task
- Responsible for Maintenance and Development of IT Application serve business operation
- Coopereate with parent company for implementing IT project in company (if any)
Job detail
- Monitor the system performance and cooperate with stackholder/vendor to resolve all issues regarding to Application
- Receive the request/take requirement from user/cross team, do consolidation , cooperate with stakeholder/ vendor provide the solution or work around based on understand/research system features for system customization/deployment (if any)
- Take administration role for Sharepoint portal : unitlize good features, improve/maximize remain resource base on understand system feature, research, optimize and propose the improvement solution
- Co-operate with users and vendors to do the testing, UAT and implement the new system feature/enhancement
- Manage IT project : timeline, tasks, resource, risk assessment (if any)
- Database administrator (backup, recovery, performance management)
Job Requirement

Job description
To be in charge of strengthening legal, compliance function of which related subjects are as follows:
LEGAL:
Provide legal advice, draft contracts and other legal documentation, including but not limited to:
- + Review, advise, draft all agreements between the company and vendors, variety of agreement (such as the service, trading, sponsorship and leasing agreement, etc.) between the company and vendors
- + Consult and explain the legal issues related to Sales agreement to sales staff or on behalf of Sales Team to negotiate with customers about provisions stipulated in the sales agreement

Senior Trade Marketing

Position: Senior Trade Marketing
Salary : $1,200 - $1,500 + good benefit or negotiate
Report to : Trade Marketing Manager
Working : Ho Chi Minh city
Expanding present of the company share through the achievement of Consumer Replacement sales target and expand accounts to achieve company targets
Create trade activities plan in 6 rolling months and influence Consumer sales managers and P&M team to agree & implement the plan.
Well understand the market movement and catch up the changes.
Responsibilities :
Develop the 6-rolling months trade action plan of Consumer tires with Trade marketing manager such as family channel, dealer & end-user promotions, new product launching, product development account expansion, etc.
Implement trade activities to achieve the monthly sales target.
Confirm trade activities and budget with sales managers/leaders in monthly meeting.
Review the sales target at the end of the month, do forecast of sales volume for each product and send to sales manager for order. - Analyze the data (import data, competitor, strength of BS, market shares …)
Visit the customers (dealers & sub dealers) to understand their needs and testing ideas.
Do the effectiveness evaluation of trade activities monthly.
Review & revise the trade activities monthly

Recruitment Requirements:
Bachelor degree
2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing with Sales experience.
