- Our client is looking for a Marketing Leader to manage the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company
Your Key Responsibilities
Online
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (website, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses etc.).
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Offline
- Prepare comprehensive marketing plan (annual, quarterly, monthly, annual holiday) that align with company goals.
- Support sales team with up-to-date and aligned marketing materials.
- Plan, create, and oversee the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
- Plan promotional and awareness campaigns and support.
- Monitor, track, and document campaign results; analyze data/returns/customer response
- Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future sales goals
Requirements
- Business degree or related professional qualification.
- 3+ years skincare marketing experience.
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing marketing strategy.
- Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
- Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills
- Ability to manage and lead marketing team and employees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and decision-making skills.
- Strong presentation skills, good persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Have up-to-date knowledge on skincare and beauty industry including product trends and latest ingredients etc.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have a 'can do' attitude towards problems.
- Good English is advantage

Online Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Intelligence
- Develop short and long term eCommerce strategy and roadmap in line with Brand and Affiliate strategy
- Identify market opportunities to grow online revenue generating channels
- Analyse online marketing budget and online advertising spend by channel and Brand to maximize ROI
- Conduct competitive and market analysis
- Provide eCommerce education and advice to Brands and share best practices within the Region and Affiliates
Operational Effectiveness
- Liaise with Global, Regional and Affiliate stakeholders to establish and manage eCommerce activities
- Build and maintain relationships and communication channels with Brands and Corporate teams
- Manage information and cross-functional communications to support better decision making
- Effectively communicate issues and learnings to key stakeholders
- Manage multiple vendor and agency relationships
Tracking & Reporting
- Conduct weekly or monthly business reviews with Brands and Affiliates
- Evaluate eCommerce campaign and spend effectiveness
- Analyze and explain site metrics trends and recommend analytics-driven changes to Brands
Campaign Management
- Plan, manage and execute eCommerce programs and campaigns across Affiliates
- Take ownership of Brands’ consolidated annual, quarterly and monthly campaign calendars
- Define business requirements, operational metrics and key performance indicators for campaign measurement
- Proactively identify and resolve issues and roadblocks that arise during the course of campaign execution
- Execute and analyse campaigns to ensure and maximize effectiveness and produce optimal ROI
Project Management
- Take business ownership of new site launches and functionality enhancements
- Key liaison between Brands, Affiliates and partner teams
REQUIREMENT
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in eCommerce or Online Marketing gained from a consumer-focused Brand, eCommerce provider or digital agency practice
- Experience with luxury or prestige industry related brands is a plus, but not mandatory
- Regional work experience would be viewed favorably

Brand Manager

DESCRIPTION
- Develop strategies/plans and lead implementation of these strategies/plans to grow a brand, directly responsible for the brand’s health (consumer measures) and its in-market performance (volume, share and profitability)
- Drive relevant cross-departmental colleagues towards common goals for the brand in specific projects by leading a team to evaluate and launch new products and marketing initiatives. Brand Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of the 4 years strategic plan, & creation of the annual brand plan.
- Liaise with global brand teams, regional marketing team and international markets to ensure activity relevance for brand strategy and global best practice.
- Develop plans which are set within a context of an agreed brand strategy & based upon relevant consumer insights, shopper behaviour & attitudes.

Requirements:
- Degree Qualification
- 4-5 years brand/ marketing experience in a high profile leading consumer goods company
- Experience of the drinks industry and the On-Trade is an advantage but not essential
- Bonus for experience of working in beer, soft drink, hospitality
- Interest in spirits and design
- Must experience of working on Quantitative & Qualitative Research, good at number
- Digital knowledge – trends, social media.
- PC literate
- Good English language skills
- An individual with an outgoing personality, highly sociable, confident, with a sense of style
