National Aftersales Manager
- Sales & Marketing
- Receive, review daily aftersales revenue reports from branches and dealers.
- Review the consolidated daily report before submission to the regional aftersales team.
- Base on daily aftersales revenue report reviewing, working with branches and dealers to get understanding and give guidelines/direction to enhance/improve.
- Attend MIS branches daily morning meeting for operation updating and instruction together with MIS branch aftersales manager.
- Follow up branches and dealers for workshop ability and technicians competency to ensure can provide high-quality service.
- Working and support branches & dealers to handle customer complaints/ concern to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Check / approve PO, Payment, leave, travel request/claim.
- Receive, check or approve for warranty request/ claim from branches and dealers.
- Monitor Vietnam laws/regulation updating related to aftersales service and update CM/regional aftersales and SBR ( if need).
- Working with SBR and local authority to ensure all homologation jobs done properly.

Our client is one of the largest buying company is seeking for:
Responsibilities
1) Business development:
- Responsible for formulating merchandising strategy to achieve goals for Indoor/outdoor furniture.
- Responsible for defining and conducting necessary measures and projects to secure a sustainable growth.
- Responsible for supporting customers in developing their purchasing strategy, and implementing new products/product ranges,
- Responsible for monitoring market and competitors trends, and actively providing customers with relevant information and new business ideas.
2) Sourcing:
- o Responsible for screening all relevant sourcing markets in Asia and actively searching for suitable (new) suppliers and products.
- o Responsible for the organization, conduction and follow-up of customers’ buying trips.
- o Responsible for providing customers with all the necessary information which enables them to make order decisions (e.g. quotations, samples…).
3) Product and supplier management:
- o Responsible for selecting and managing an appropriate product portfolio for indoor/outdoor furniture, and offering suitable products to the customers according to specific customers’ needs.
4) Customers management:
- o Responsible to gather and constantly develop specific knowledge of customers` retail markets, their business model, purchasing and assortment strategies
- o Responsible for developing and maintaining close customer relationship in a day-to-day business.
5) Order management:
- o Responsible for ensuring and controlling the placement of customers’ orders with suppliers.
- o Responsible for ensuring and controlling that all the necessary documents for production and shipment are provided.
6) Quality assurance and control / other services:
- o Responsible for involving in-house and outsourced service providers, such as QC/QA, packaging, design, logistics
- o Responsible for ensuring that all the necessary QA/QC-measures (supplier and production audits/tests) are carried out and a final product quality
7) Planning and reporting:
- o Responsible for specifying sales targets/budgets for his product groups on a more detailed level and planning and reporting on assortment projects,
- o Responsible for planning, managing and reporting the activities of his/her team in accordance with the defined goals, budget and timescales.
