Responsibilities:
- Develops business strategy and plans in cooperation with Agency Development, Corporate sales, Actuaries and others
- Orchestrates in build up functional strategy and plans; supports and gives advices to functional heads

Description
Report to: Deputy GD – Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities:
- Develops policies, procedures, guidelines and service standards
- Manages the different functions to be able to deliver services and meet goals
- Keeps attuned to customer feedback/comments, resolves complaints, and draws up action plans
- Manages employee morale through the implementation of various reward, recognition and work-life balance programs
- Supports Sales/Marketing campaigns and company-wide initiatives (as required)

Description
Report to: Head of Legal and Compliance
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Head of Legal and Compliance (“Head of L&C”), provides legal services and support to company
- Under the direction of the Head of L&C, primarily responsible for trademark and other intellectual property matters
- Provides timely and updated information to top management on relevant legal developments
- Provides legal advice and opinions on various issues to various internal customers

- Develop the long/medium range marketing plan and drive the implementation congruent with the Company's strategic

Description
Report to: CFO
Responsibilities:
- Manage all company investment by monitoring funds performance, ensuring sound investment governance and managing relationship with outsourced fund managers
- Provide strategy advice for investment portfolio mandates and tactical recommendations for enhancing investment performance
- Work on investment administration including establishing control and performance metrics and monitor performance against them, re-balancing investment portfolios, and revising compliance with mandates
- Analyze new investment opportunities, and monitor investment programs for different asset classes
- Administer the legislative compliance management (LCM) program and operationalize the compliance program for the investments code of conduct
- Review compliance with company policies and operating guidelines, and update local governing documents, including operating procedures, guidelines and policies
- Monitor performance with internal and external benchmarks
- Responsible for all investment related reporting and record retention management
- Maintain relationship with financial institutions
- Lead the annual investment planning process
- Participate in different committee as assigned by the Management
- Participate in ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Undergraduate university degree in Investment Finance / Accounting / Economics, or Quantitative studies / Actuarial Sciences.
- CFA is preferred
- 6 year experience in investments, asset management and ALM. Employment in the insurance / banking industries preferred
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
- Decisive / Act with conviction
- Numerate and detail oriented
- Strong interest in investments and global capital markets
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
