Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, position and champion Comms’s value-proposition to prospective customers in the industry segment assigned
  • Work collaboratively with functional heads, particularly the BD and services team leads to ensure compliance and successful implementation of sales activities
  • Drive initiatives, strategy to develop existing business and identify / create new business portfolio to achieve income objectives
  • To promote and secure orders for the Company’s products, solutions and services, and to achieve the sales quota (quarterly / annually) as set by the Company Manager
  • To identify clients’ needs and establish new clients as well as new business opportunities and product strategies to ensure successful market penetration
  • To conduct product / solution presentation / demonstration to promote product / solution awareness to prospective customers
  • To prepare comprehensive solution proposal for potential customers and follow-up aggressively
  • To ensure prompt billing, to monitor and review outstanding debts to minimize risk of possible bad debts.
  • To follow-up on all sales made by monitoring and ensuring all collections are within credit terms granted by the Company
  • To prepare weekly sales activities report, consolidate, and update the prospects’ list for submission to the Company Manager.
  • Develop and implement the business strategy for each core activity with a view to increase market awareness and share
  • Develop and maintain cordial and effective customer and principal relationships
  • Drives the overall performance management of the assigned sales team towards achievement of Company business objectives
  • Responsible to comply with the Company’s ISO policies and work procedure for Enterprise Sales

Requirement:

  • Degree in Sales / Marketing, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently
  • Resourceful and innovative in meeting business objectives
