Responsibilities:

• Plays the lead role in developing the organization’s strategic Marketing vision/mission and business plans.
• Evaluates industry/ business trends for potential impact on the organization; identifies key business opportunities and potential threats/ obstacles relative to the achievement of short and long-term business objectives to ensure that the company realizes consistent revenue returns along with consistent measurable growth.
• Assist marketing in the creation of a branding strategy that includes brand positioning, brand penetration and product life cycle management of products to improve customer awareness and increases sales revenues.

​Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing
• 5 or more years of experience at the management level in an operational or sales and marketing function in Sales industries of Auto-vehicle, Construction Machinery, Consumer Electronics or any other sales industries such as selling their products through Dealer network systems
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Must be more than 30 years old
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

• To make reliable the product quality during the development steps, by guaranteeing that the developed product corresponds with the user needs, and respects the legal, safety and sanitary requirements.
• To improve Oxylane products reparability and durability on your perimeter by managing the associated projects.
• To improve sustainable development in production by supplier panel management on environment and "human responsibility in production"
• To manage efficiently the Quality corrective actions in Oxylane network and to guarantee reliable Quality information.
• To master Quality and sustainable development processes, to share them and adapt them to Oxylane's network.
• To detect problems, to master the problem solving method and to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• To pilot your activities, to define the project within your perimeter and to manage it

Responsibilities:

• All accounting matters & reports (internal & external Monthly & Quarterly & Yearly reports to Management Board, Tax Department, and other government offices regarding accounting and finance issues.
• In charge of Corporate Reporting
• Cost and expenses control
• Process and finalize COGs monthly reports Calculate all variances of actual cost versus standard cost and identify the reasons behind them
• Ensure the control and management over inventory is in place and in accordance with the company policy
• Assist Financial Controller with cost management and financial analysis, compliance with local and corporate accounting policies, internal controls and tax regulations
• Prepare analysis for Monthly Performance Review meetings
• Assist the Financial Controller in implementing financial policies, procedures and ERP systems
• Assisting in forecasts and preparation of fiscal budgets and re-forecasts
• Based on Corporate Control matrices, set internal controls and execute control testing
• Be responsible for producing the Company’s financial statements
• Monitor and review Inter-Company Statement
• Full reconciliations of all bank accounts and BS accounts.
• Full reconciliations of Corporate book and Local book
• Support to other departments if need

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting or Finance
• Having experience in Audit/Standard Costing at MNCs
• Having experience in ERP system setup
• Having experience in Chief Accountant role is preferable
• Systematic & strong analytical mind
• Cautiousness, honesty, influencing, good inter-personal and communication skills
