Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manages a full set of accounting books including AR, AP, General Ledger
  • Ensures accounting records and reports are accurate, duly approved and comply with the Statutory and Company policy.
  • Ensures accounting records and system complies with the company's policies, approved accounting standard, related statutory and tax requirement
  • Prepares and monitors management accounts, management reports, financial analysis and annual budget
  • Handles month end closing
  • Manages the cash flow projection, budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepares analysis with commentary on monthly variances and defines short and long term risk & opportunity to management to support the decision making process.
  • Liaises with banks, auditors, tax agent
  • Monitors the logistics operations to ensure the constant supply of products while avoiding over-stock
  • Coordinates the demand forecast locally to ensure the accuracy and works closely with Regional Office for the supply issue and shipment schedule
  • Monitors the local stock level and invoicing jointly with distributor

Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant professional qualification in Accountancy, preferably with CPA
  • 8 years solid experience in accounting field and MNC, with at least 3 years of managerial
  • Well-verse in accounting, management reporting, budget, financial analysis, taxation procedures, practices, latest accounting standards and reporting requirements of Vietnam
  • Good Command of English 
  • Proficient PC skills in Word, Excel and accounting software, knowledge of Navision & Oracle application is a definite advantage
