REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Humanity, Economy, Psychology
- At least 4 years experience in recruitment in foreign working environment with a proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates
- Experience using staffing systems and tools including relational database applicant tracking systems, the internet, job boards and Experience with training logistics and HR metrics
- Understanding of the industry and knowledgeable on local market labor and equal employment opportunity (EEO) in recruitment
- Above TOIEC Upper Intermediate level 650
- Strong verbal communication skill including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating Able to accurately and articulately document information
- Passionate and strong drive to succeed
