Position Title : Senior Account executive / Junior Account manager
Reports To : Business Unit Director of Demo Power Division
Coordinates With : Clients, Training department, operation Department
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. New business development:
- Proactively approach new clients to introduce & convince them to use Demo power’s service.
- Be one of key project drivers to develop the concept proposal for bidding (if any).
- Achieve the annual revenue target
- Manage one or two account executives & support them to grow/achieve the goal.
2. Client service (current clients):
- Maintain the relationship with current clients & make them satisfy with Demo power’s service.
- Make sure that our client is happy with our deliverables although we are the exclusive agency to run in-store Demo/sampling at Big C, Metro & Giant.
- Advise the clients on new WOW concept of activation or Demo/sampling
- Be the key person of account department to deal with & solve all the complaints from clients.
3. Coordination for operation department & training department:
- Brief the brand activation, Demo/sampling mechanism and details of Products, brand knowledge to operation Manager / Training department for good preparations & execution.
- Go for site check to ensure the quality of project which is in line with client’s expectation & brief.
- Other tasks are required by Demo Power’s Business Unit director & account manager
Requirements:
- From 25 years old up to
- 1-year to 2-year experience in the same role in Marketing & advertising, esp. in event & brand activation.
- Has experience/be able to manage the team (1 or 2 people)
- Creative & be able to contribute the ideas
- Good interpersonal and communication Skills.
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Good presentation skills
- University graduation
- MS computer skills (power point & excel)
Packages & Remuneration:
- Monthly Basic Salary (Net) : Negotiated + commission

Job purpose:
- Acquire new merchants/ partners
- Develop business at assigned existing merchants / partners
New Merchant/Partner Acquisition:
- Successfully acquire assigned merchants/partners into the business network
- KPIs:

+ Definitive commitment from assigned erchant/partner on card issuance – membership acquisition scheme
Existing Merchant Business Development
- Successfully develop SmilesCard business at each assigned merchant, via
+ Properly representing company as a platform for traffic building and promotion operation for the merchant and/or A Value Added Services provider for the partner’s membership program
+ Regular visit and update of company business to relevant merchant/partner counterpart
+ Plan, execute, monitor and review activation campaigns at merchant, be it network wide promotion, merchant exclusive promotion or merchant cross-promotion campaigns
- KPIs:
+ Number of company transactions via assigned merchant/partner’s accounts
+ Total company revenue at assigned merchant
Account record keeping
- Customer care + maintain good relationship
- Clear record of relationship development, regular update into pipeline report
- Ready to properly hand over account at any moment’s notice
Skills & experiences
- Expertise in marketing and customer relationship management
- Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the concept and be able to demonstrate it convincingly
- Knowledge in the retail business and/or F&B business and/or banking services business
- High ability to implement strategies and concepts
- Sales qualifications and/or broad consumer product selling experience ideally within Card/Loyalty business
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilience
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English is a plus
- Experiences: Banking or trade experience, at least 2 years of relevant working experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the team leader who manage 2 -3 members & be responsible for the working result of whole team including:
- New business development: approach & recruit new clients; expand the business within the assigned account
- Client service: Maintain the relationship with assigned current clients who are working with/loyal to Demo Power on in-store sampling/Demo which we are exclusive or brand activation service & make them satisfy with Demo power’s service.
- Concept proposal/quotation: be the key person to work on the creative/innovated concept proposal & quotation which differentiates our service.
- Project follow-up: co-ordinate the operation department/training department with clear brief, then they can execute & be back with valuable inputs to account team on the project. Keep clients updated on the project status & provide them with project evaluation & solutions to maximize the outcome of project.
- Train; coach the team members to achieve the KPI set by BUD per each year including the annual revenue target of member
- Other tasks are required by BUD
- The successful candidate has a chance to be trained & upgraded to Associate Account Director in 1 year.
Requirements:
- From 28 years old up to
- 5-year experience at least in advertising, esp. in event & brand activation
- Has solid experience in both brand activation & event which is able to adapt & lead the current team immediately to grow the business.
- Be able to work independently to manage the team; write & present concept proposal/quotation.
- Be strong at brand activation is a must but the candidate is required to have the experience in event & she/he will be the key person who working directly with BUD to develop the event business in 2015.
