- Support engineering for B2B projects
- Manage training centres for both its facilities and training programs, schedule training plans and execute them as a trainer
- Be a technical control tower work with Sales and CS engineers

Requirements:

- Full understanding for air conditioning cooling cycle
- Experienced in air conditioner installation inspection, noise & vibration simulation & other (CFD, LCC and so on)
- Good at PC operating, MS programs
- Excellent in troubleshooting and finding root cause for any air conditioning technical issues
- Developed communications plans, execute and measure results
- Excellent planning and organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects
- Ability to understand and articulate technology-driven messages
