Job description

  • To search and build candidate database (Node JS, Java, Android, iOS, BA,....) based on recruitment plan through various channels such as websites, forum, job fairs…
  • To store, update and manage the candidate information.
  • To do scanning candidate resumes, contacting and arranging interviews.
  • To build up, deploy and implement the media jobs for branding purposes, and other activities which cheer up employees’ motivation.
  • To do other personnel jobs including: follow resource changes, make probation contracts, labor contracts and handle general administration duties.
  • To host company events and activities.
  • Other tasks assigned.

Requirement

  • MUST have experienced in recruitment jobs for software development company at least 02 years, working experience detail should be illustrated in your CV.
  • Wide and diversity recruiting networks.
  • Good skills in observation, communication.
  • Be proactive in job arranging, organizing and managing.
  • Good skills in observation, communication.
  • Can work under high pressure environment.
  • Be enthusiasm and responsible.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Power Point, social network).
  • Fluent English. Japanese is an advantage.

Position : Human Resource Manager - Hanoi

Salary : USD 3,000- USD 4,000

Report : General Director

Working location : Hanoi

  • Establish, develop and maintain an efficient HR system, policies & processes that enable a professional environment & culture where employees are satisfied and motivated to contribute their greatest effort to the success of the company.
  • Set up fair Compensation & Benefit policies and ensure the proper implementation of the policies, including salary, commission, insurance, other allowances and benefits
  • Recruit and develop qualified workforce to align with Company’s business plan.
  • Handle and manage daily tasks related HRA department.
  • Consult on setting up and developing strategic HR Policy, KPIs System, Working Procedures, Policies,
  • Regulations and Guidelines in compliance with the Labour Laws and customers’
    requirements and ensure its good implementation.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage, coach and motivate team members
  • Liaise with managers to identify training needs and arrange courses.
  • Implement annual performance appraisal for adjustment salary scheme.
  • Ensure that all monthly payments in respect of tax, salaries are correct and paid on time.
  • Cooperate and work with Sales Representatives in other countries to ensure a smooth operation and
    compliance to the Company’s policies
  • Carry out any other duties that may be requested from time to time.
  • Manage the admin team, including receptionist and admin staff
  • Manage office equipment, furniture, stationeries, staff amenities
  • Other duties as assigned by General Director

HR Business Partner

Business Partnering

  • Partner the business to develop capabilities required to execute strategy includes financial management, strong people management, workforce planning, zero tolerance to any unsafe acts (safety) and build a High Performance Culture.
  • Make recommendations and implement solutions to assist the business to develop in an ambiguous operating environment. Establish, maintain and review of HR processes to optimise HR’s contribution.
  • Provide advice and interpretation of applicable industrial instruments and employment legislation.

 Engagement

  • Provide leadership to evolve the organisation’s employee relations strategy- build solid engagement pipeline of activities, annual team member survey and drive well being initiatives.
  • Social networking via Company online portal (SPICE) is promoted to enhance stronger collaboration among fellow team member across and within network. 

 Talent Management

  • Build talent pipeline where skills are grown and nurtured through a structured program that engages and energizes participants.  Support Managers to grow their teams improving the competency of skills both technical and soft via Company Online University, on the job training, coaching & buddy system.
  • Steward the development and succession planning activities for key operational role, driving mobility, individual development plan, coaching and mentoring program and many more internal initiatives.

HR Process via Digitization

  • Participate in improvement and innovation through Global & Regional efforts while building best-in-class human resources practices.
  • Work in partnership with the HR Shared Services and HR Council to execute various HR activities including recruitment, induction, performance management, compensation and benefits analysis, , interviewing and creating value added initiatives.

Lean Management

  • Conduct Knowledge Industrial Management exercise to review talent competency against business growth & demand. Key action determined could include hiring, laying-off, driving stronger learning culture or cross moving talents within network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource
  • At least 8 years in a HR Leadership/Management role
  • Understanding of Business Strategy, Manufacturing Operations, Common HR Tools and practice, market benchmark
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Vietnamese
  • Ability to use HRIS system is an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Work at head office: VSIP 1, Binh Duong province. (Pick up bus at 6 bis Mac Dinh Chi, q1, Ho Chi Minh City)
  • Overseas business trip : normally 3-4 times per year (regular meeting with HQ in China or training)
  • Domestic trip: HR director self-schedules with AD
  • Business allowances: in accordance with Company's regulations issued by the finance and accounting department
