Job title: Senior Event Account Manager

Salary : $1,500

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Being the first & key person to open up/lead the event department in terms of front end\
  • Build the solid team which is qualified enough to grow the business in a long-termed run.
  • Be in charge of new business development which bases on the large pool of clients from band activation & new sources. It can be supported by new business development team.
  • Be the key person to work on the creative/innovated concept proposal & quotation which differentiates our service from the others.
  • Co-ordinate the operation department to execute the project.
  • Train; coach the team members to achieve the KPI set by BUD per each year including the annual revenue target of member
  • Other tasks are required by BUD
  • The successful candidate has a chance to be upgraded to Associate Account Director in 1 year.

Requirements:

  • From 27 years old up to
  • 5-year experience at least in advertising, event. Experience in operation is an advantage.
  • Be able to work independently to manage the team; write & present concept proposal/quotation.
  • The candidate is required to have the solid experience in event & she/he will be the key person who working directly with BUD to develop the event business in 2015.
  • Be creative & innovative.
  • Be good at English (both writing & speaking)
  • Good presentation skills (Vietnamese & English)
  • §   MS computer skills (power point & excel)

Packages & Remuneration:

  • Monthly Basic Salary (Net) : Competitive + commission

Title : Sales Trainer

Scope of work:

Organize and prepare all training logistics for all sales training programs (make inivitation; set up training room; prepare instructional materials/ handouts; set up and arrange equipments, teabreak...)

  • Deliver some fundamental training sessions for new hires sales
  • Implement qualification testing and evaluation for sales training programs
  • Assist Sales Training Manager in developing sales training curriculum (translate documents; track new training method and techniques; design educational aids, update curriculum as needed, edit training video clip...)
  • Set up and maintain updated all sales training database and training record
  • Manage database of direct sales performance monthly and consult with Sales Training Manager for appropriate taken actions
  • Manage and promote e-learning training courses related to sales training.
  • Manage and maintain training facilities and equipments.
  • Other job assignment by Sales Training Manager.
  • Ensure the quality of training program preparation
  • Ensure the effectivenes of training session assigned
  • Ensure the accuracy and update of training database/ record

E-learning course related to sales training for sales force:

  • Define approciate courses; prepare announcement
  • Enroll course, manage implementation and result

► Meet deadline, well-organized, efficient

Sale training database & record:

  • Set up and manage all training database (softcopy & hardcopy)

► Sufficient, accurate, easy tracking

  • Possess a good understanding of the Petroleum, Chemical & Food industries’ industrial packaging needs

Specific Skills / Business Knowledge (Knowledge, skills and abilities): 

  • Strong sales personality with good networking, influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to create strong rapport with customers at the management level to build and enhance the relationship.
  • Good analytical skill to map out the sales and marketing strategy
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Able to provide leadership to sales support personnel
