Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target set for area of responsibilities
- Negotiation on tender, contract terms and condition and preparation of Sales contract
- Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned industries to provide required services and solicit for orders
- Prepare sales report, analyzing cost and sales, quotations and maintaining and creating new client accounts
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training and after-sales support
- Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customer
- Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing and other events
- Work closely with supply chain management, sales support and project engineer and order fulfillment team
Requirement
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years sales experience selling industrial products
- Product knowledge of air compressor & control system will be advantageous
- Strong team player who is self-motivated and customer oriented
- Work independently, process good communication and strong presentation skills
- Understanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and Project Financials
- Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service)
- Possess own vehicle
- Ability to read, write & converse in Chinese & English

The Company has achieved big market in Shrink Sleeve market, but PSL business is still weak.
So we assign General Manager in each region (JP, US, EU, ASEAN) and develop the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensures implementation of multi-channel business (Tender & Self-paid business) plans, using KPIs to track performance and supports the field sales team, through coaching to adjust plans (where required)
- Coaches the field sales team to select and prioritize appropriate customer targets and develop robust, effective and efficient territory coverage call plans.
- Constructs tailored coaching development plans that build the capabilities and the effectiveness of the field sales team, leads all appropriate performance management discussions and actively participates in the recruitment of medical representatives
- Develops collaborative external and internal relationships that enhance the customer journey, channels customer feedback into the organization and builds the field sales teams capability to do the same through coaching.

Requirements:
- 5+ years sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor or above, major in pharmacy or medical related field
- Relevant working experience in Multinational Company with Cardiovascular, CNS, Respiratory products is a big plus.
- Aggressive, intelligent, responsible, independent and outgoing

Accountabilities:
- Handle Total Independent SuperMarket /MiniMart/Convenience Stores in North.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
- Resolving key client issues and complaints
- Manage Trading term & Contract
- Develop & Align Joint Business Plan to deliver Business target (Top-line & Bottom line) of both companies and increase P&G Value Share.
- Manage Promotion budget; Plan & Execute Promotion activities

Job Requirement
