Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive a business strategy plan to expand the PSL market share and achieve the sales target set for PSL business.
- Work closely with production and supply chain management, sales support to fulfil the client orders .
- Negotiation on tender, contract terms and condition and preparation of Sales contract.
- Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned to increase the sales volume and provide required solutions services for order placements.
- Prepare sales report, analyzing cost and sales, quotations and maintaining and creating new client accounts
- Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customer solutions.
- Being in charge of Marketing : Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing and other events
Job Requirement
• Degree in Bachelor of Business or relevant.
• Strong team player who is self-motivated and customer oriented
• Work independently, process good communication and strong presentation skills
• Understanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and Project Financials
• Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service) in English and Vietnamese.
