  • Coordinate with group member(s) and other teammates to implement group's works >> take full responsibility for activity, result of group
  • Having deep FE knowledge and understanding FE manual clearly to instruct, support, coach member(s) in group efficiently
  • Be main PIC of KEY common works, from studying, proposal, planning, implementation until finish, final result >> can work / manage assigned common work / project independently with less follow up or support of supervisor 
  • Coordinate with group member and other teammates to ensure initial objectives 
  • Proactively to have new ideas, improvement in common work / project in charge continuously
  • Implement / support common work of team (allocated works) as member smoothly: survey (product / market), internal / external training, field / monitoring test, market QA  
  • Proactively and can implement / support all common works efficiently
  • Support to develop business & dealer channel by training, providing neccessary product + technical knowledge >> develop techincal human resource in FC channel  
  • Quality issue, claim handling to keep & enhance customer satisfaction 
  • Understand well market in charge >> sale support in fleet approach, providing total solution for customer, pre / after sale services effectively 
  • Market visualization by following up situation & movement and visualize by market profile of fleet, road / operating condition, competitor update, VOC/VOD...
  • Willing to receive other sudden assignment by leader / HOD >> implement effectively
  • Willing to provide support for other teams / depts effectively

Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a bridge between the team and Product Management.
  • Lead the team in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand priorities.
  • Translate high level feature requirements into user stories that clearly outline objectives.
  • Maintain an adequately groomed backlog to facilitate the development process.
  • Provide clear and detailed acceptance criteria that can be used to assist QA in generating automated test cases.
  • Test, pre-validate, and accept user stories based on acceptance criteria.
  • Communicate realistic timelines to stakeholders based on the team's size estimates for a given feature.
  • Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Sprint goals.
  • Balance new feature development and bug fixing to ensure regularly scheduled releases are delivered with quality and on time.
  • Be technical-curious with a desire to learn new technology.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a key Product role for a software company
  • In-depth knowledge and experience using Agile processes and principles for continuous delivery
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Ability to execute projects effectively with strong communication

Position: Human Resource & Admin Manager.

Salary : USD 1,800- USD 2,700

Report to: Regional HR Director.

Working location: Ho Chi Minh city.

  • Our client is one of global automobile manufacturing, now seeking for calibre professional to join Human Resource team based in Ho Chi Minh city.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Staffing : Participates in the talent acquisition process from collecting specific job requirements, sourcing & screening, interviewing candidates in collaboration with the Hiring Managers.

  • Manage the local payroll administration and employee compensation matters.  Partners with corporate/Regional HR to drive the annual salary administration process for the business unit. 

  • Employee Benefit: Manages all employee benefit programs and recommends plan design changes and improvements with a goal of continuously improving cost to benefit ratio. 

  • Communicates value and content of benefit programs to employees and ensures programs comply with all legal requirements. 

  • Oversee ongoing benefit administration with focus on efficient administration and exceptional customer service.  Work closely with external brokers to evaluate programs, utilization, and rates.

  • Performance Management: Develops strategies to maximize employee/organizational performance and goal attainment. Provides training to management on performance management systems to ensure annual performance goals are established and annual reviews are conducted. 

  • Talent Development :  Partners with the leadership teams to create development and succession plans to support the overall business goals.  It will involve the substantial partnership with regional L&D in developing the training program, tools and resources.

  • Employee productivity and engagement: Collaborates with business managers on analysis and roll-out of employee survey results including follow-up on identifying and addressing survey issues. Develops ideas to enhance the work environment, improve employee engagement, and strengthen employee relations.

  • HR planning and reporting : Coordinates headcount planning, budgeting, and implementation of training programs for managers and leaders in the organization.  Generates management information reports (turnover, recruitment, headcount budget, salary budget, etc.) as and when required.   

  • Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent related field. 

  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in multi-national organization

  • Experience in supervision is necessary.

  • Solid Knowledge in current and proposed legislation and regulations affecting all areas of personnel administration.

  • Effective and influential communication skill with proficiency level in English

  • Strong sense of ownership and work independently with remote reporting line.

  • Logical, have business acumen and can demonstrate HR consulting skill with the senior level
