Key Responsibilities

• Coaches the field sales team to select and prioritize appropriate customer targets and develop robust,  ffective and efficient ter ritory coverage call plans. 
• Constructs tailored coaching development plans that build the capabilities and the effectiveness of the field  ales team, leads all appropriate performance management discussions and actively participates in the recruitment of m edical representatives
• Ensures implementation of multi channel business (Tender & Self paid business) p lans, using KPIs to track performance and supports the field sales team, through coaching to adjust plans (where required)
• Develops collaborative external and internal relationships that enhance the customer journey, channels ustomer feedback into the organization and builds the field sales teams capability to do the same through coaching.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor or above, major in pharmacy or medical related field
• Aggressive, intelligent, responsible, independent and outgoing
• Fluent in written, spoken English and Vietnamese,

Qualifications

• Have past experiences handling projects under FMCG category, especially those targets at moms & babies
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, demonstrates ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments and accurately evaluate others’ work

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for planning, designing, configuration, installation, implementation and maintenance of network/server infrastructure.
• Responsible for installation and maintenance of Windows server, backup, PABX, web server, Linux and Azure cloud management.
• Responsible to ensure performance and security of all servers and network infrastructure.
• Responsible in application deployment to production server.
• Responsible for IT inventory, user training and helpdesk support for PC, printer and phone, and troubleshoot IT related issues.
• Perform network/systems capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Monitor all servers, applications and services proactively to ensure high availability.
• Manage Disaster Recovery Plan for APAC.
• Document and maintain any IT documentation regarding IT infrastructure, procedures, user support issue and resolution.
• Collaborate and liaise with vendors in resolving problems or rolling out new services or applications.
• Manage any IT infrastructure related projects.
• Vendor Management and assist the IT Manager to collate APAC IT budget requirement.
• Use the ticketing system to resolve issues for users.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in network, windows server management, Linux and firewall including Meraki, Juniper and FortiGate.
• Hands-on experience on Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft Exchange 2013 or later.
• Familiarity with networking infrastructure, including: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN remote access, IPsec, BGP and other protocols.
• Knowledge in Linux administrations will be an added advantage.
• Passion in programming or scripting (bash, powershell, etc) will be an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking overseas counterpart).

Responsibilities:

• Project Team Leader is responsible for closely monitoring the schedule, scope and budget of the project.
• Project Team Leader coordinates all functional aspects of project team initiatives
• Requirements Management, Design, Development, Quality Control, and 3rd party vendors
• to ensure that requirements are met and exceeded.
• Project Team Leader carries out this responsibility by motivating and guiding project teams
• Plan the project (estimate, staff, risk management, training, software development plan, etc.)
• Allocating work and resource (people, equipment, facilities, materials, etc.) for the project team
• Manage resources, staffing, skill sets transferring, and recruiting of the project
• Monitor and control projects
• Communicate project status and issues to management (Delivery Manager, CEO) and client
• Developing team spirit, motivating and building morale; dealing with problems
• collaborating with internal/external clients throughout the software development process until project completion.

• Participate in pre-sales meetings and marketing events when necessary Authorities

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Project Team Leader has at least 4 years of experience in software development project of full life cycle
• Good knowledge in software development process, quality models, standards
• Capable of English speaking, writing and listening skills which is equivalent to TOEIC 600 scores
• Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
• Good analytical and report writing skills, communication skills, problem solving skills
• Good presentation skills
• Team-oriented
