Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducts extensive market research prior to project start up and continues gathering information throughout the development of the project
- Organizes the project’s due diligence team and manages the same so that technical/legal/financial information about the project are properly analyzed and captured in the financial model
- Prepares a detailed business plan and establishes clear project goals and objectives to complete the end-to-end business development process
- Identifies the project’s risks and formulates mitigation strategies and detailed action plans
- Manages the safekeeping of all relevant technical/financial/legal documents about the project and ensures proper turnover of the same to the operating/takeover team upon successful project closure
- Builds and maintains relationships with water industry professionals, relevant LGUs and government officials
- Takes lead in formulating tactical and execution plan
- Takes lead in periodic update to Immediate/Group Head and Mancom
- Develops competitive bid/proposal strategic and consortium for identified opportunities
- To be assigned on the ground and manages the office on-site
- Manages the preparation of all necessary bid/proposal documentation in accordance with standards, and ensure that all bids/proposals are competitive and meet the required return and risk criteria
- Prepares development cost budgets and deliver the bid/proposals within the approved budgets
- Identifies resource requirements, prepare sourcing plans for identified opportunities and assists in procuring all necessary resources
- Prepares and negotiates project development agreements and other arrangements with prospective clients and partners
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business or Engineering course
- With atlease 5 years experience in sales, relationship management, networking and project management
- With excellent and strong cotract management, relationship management and leadership skills
- With strong business sense, good communicator, innovative, results-oriented and people person

Responsibilities:
- Service Operation Management:
- Overseeing the services operation to ensure that the productivity targets are achieved
- Achieving customer satisfaction goals by cultivating a customer orientated and focused services practice
- Coaching and guiding the services Operations Team and services tendering team

Requirement:

Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, or co-ordinate the work/activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications

- Develop SC Capability Development Strategy and Implementation Plan within the framework of SC Strategy to design and adapt global training curriculum with local tailored-made training needs
