Description

Position: Advertising & Product Marketing Manager ( for Packaging Industry)

Responsibility:

* Lead the product marketing to set outbound priorities, define goals and develop effective and compelling advertising solutions.

* Partner with the Business Team to develop and drive go-to-market through various channels (including public relations, events, speaking opportunities, channel marketing, sales, etc.)

* Collaborate with Business Product Marketing in global markets to distill and surface market intel to shape future products.

* Define and scale best practices to drive adoption of products designed to increase advertiser value and activate new, emerging products and platforms.

* Build strong cross-functional relationships and expertly prioritize work to efficiently deploy our finite go-to-market capacity.

* Solve global challenges with scaled solutions.

Must Haves:

* 5+ years of work experience, including work in marketing, general management, product, consulting, communications, or internet technology.

* Experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels as well as coaching a team to remove barriers.

* Understanding of our product suite, the industry, global nuances, & client objectives.

* Experience solving complex problems with data.

* Experience working with sales teams, external clients, and small businesses.

* Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers.

* Communication and presentation skills.

* Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment.

Education:

Bachelor of Business / Marketing or relevant degree preferred.

Position: Senior Sales Manager - Pouch

Report to: General Director

Scope of Work:

  •  The successful incumbent is build a strong sales Team for Pouch Business Sector
  • Generate the profitable sales revenue and increase operating income by broadening sales.
  • Establishing new accounts and providing total solutions to customers. Responsibilities • Drive a business strategy plan to expand the Pouch market share and achieve the sales target set for Pouch business.

  • Negotiation on tender, contract terms and condition and preparation of Sales contract.

  • Prepare sales report, analyzing cost and sales, quotations and maintaining and creating new client accounts
  • Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customer solutions.
  • Being in charge of Marketing : Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing and other events

  • Degree in Bachelor of Business or relevant.
  • At least 8-10 years sales experience in selling Flexible Packaging and Printing products and solution will be advantageous
  • Strong team player who is self-motivated and customer oriented
  • Work independently, process good communication and strong presentation skills
  • Understanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and Project Financials
  • Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service) in English and Vietnamese.
