Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track overall trade spend, analytics, and ROI by brand/ category and develop planning forecasts
  • Develop strong working relationships with all channels (Wholesaler events, agent opening, GT, MD store, MT) and cross functional partners – support Field Sales leadership in successful joint business planning sessions and customer interactions
  • Responsible for leading cross functional Forecasting process and tools
  • Responsible for strategic and tactical recommendations to Field Sales management and all channels (Wholesaler events, agent opening, GT, MD store, MT) including distribution, shelving, trade merchandising, and pricing of products to improve category performance for the branded sauce, vinegar and peppers portfolio
  • Lead Consumer / Shopper Insights Team to synthesize recommendations into compelling category, shopper, and consumer insights, as well as pricing strategies
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to Field Sales teams, marketing and brand teams
  • Manage cross-functional team to provide strategic actionable insights based on market data analysis and insights
  • Develop communication strategy to implement key research insights into business plans at the customer level
  • Mentor and develop direct reports (Category and sales planning managers; pricing, trade and shelving analysts)
  • Manage Linkage between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations for implementation and execution of plans
  • Will manage 3-4 direct reports including covering trade analytics, planning, forecasting, and category management responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in trade planning and category management and field sales management experience with 5 years of experience at the same level at MCN companies.
  • Exceptional level of customer understanding, consumer insights, financial/business acumen, business planning, sales systems, and team development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CPG sales and product management roles
  • Exceptional problem solving skills and demonstrated leadership ability
  • Prefer male candidate with age from 28 to 40

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor production operationsbudgets against financial goals and metrics and proactively project risk and impact of changes in production or scope.
  • Manage and operate the production activities of the production department, ensuring the goal of safety, quantity, quality, cost and GMP activities.
  • Manage, monitor and direct the implementation of orientations from the superiors. Set up the operation program for the production department of the factory such as OGSM, ShopfloorModle, Keizen, 5S etc. ensure to achieve the set goals of the company.
  • Organize periodic meetings to review the performance of the plant's production department and take action to resolve abnormalities to achieve the goal of production, quality and equipment efficiency, and cost. manufacturing.
  • Interacting with related parts such as QA Dept., Technology Dept., Warehouse Dept. and Maintenance Dept., etc. to smoothly coordinate the activities of the factory production department.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the production results of the plant reach high or exceed expectations. Weekly / monthly report of production activities of the shift according to the main KPIs: (i) Safety & GMP; (ii) Conversion cost (Labor, steam, electricity, water; (iii) OEE, consumption of raw materials; (iv) The non-conforming during production; (v) % OR.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in production operation management include +5 years in the same position in enterprises with more than 500 people, preferably having experience working in multinational companies.
  • Graduated from University with the following majors: CNTP, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical - Electronics, ...
  • Knowledge of technical machines and equipment.
  • Basic understanding of electricity, mechanics and compressed air. (In-depth understanding of existing expertise).
  • Understanding of safety shielding machinery.
  • Knowledge of fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing.
  • Quality control system (ISO, online control on lines, etc.)
  • Understanding of Raw Material, concepts of BOM, Waste.
  • Understanding of AM and PM maintenance.
  • Experience and understanding of ERP

1. Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Requirements

  • A highly numerate and strategic thinking individual with the ability to analyse market, category and financial data to identify key trends and recommend creative solutions.
