Responsibilities

  • Ability to create programs considering a variety of platforms, channels and audiences
  • Ability to identify business problems that clients are looking to solve and ensure they are understood by team

Qualifications:

Position : Field Engineer Coordinator

Salary : 10 – 15 mil Gross

Working location: Dist.1, Ho Chi Minh.

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Implement providing the Solution on using tires with the highest efficiency to potential customers through building up the service team of the dealer, supervise and provide the services as the standard for customer >> Contribute to the company's sales volume, maintain and increase the market share of products.

  • Implement some FE works as a member role and in-charge the territory as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning & implement the SP works

  • Improve & develop the Model
  • WTB/ IT system and supporting device
  • Optimize using Retread Tire
  • Support for leader, HOD, other units, dept, visitor

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Planning, training, time manage

  • Understand well market in charge >> sale support in fleet approach, providing total solution for customer, pre / after sale services effectively  
  • Market visualization by following up situation & movement and visualize by market profile of fleet, road / operating condition, competitor update, VOC/VOD...
