RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Intelligence
- Develop short and long term eCommerce strategy and roadmap in line with Brand and Affiliate strategy
- Identify market opportunities to grow online revenue generating channels
- Analyse online marketing budget and online advertising spend by channel and Brand to maximize ROI
- Conduct competitive and market analysis
- Provide eCommerce education and advice to Brands and share best practices within the Region and Affiliates
Operational Effectiveness
- Liaise with Global, Regional and Affiliate stakeholders to establish and manage eCommerce activities
- Build and maintain relationships and communication channels with Brands and Corporate teams
- Manage information and cross-functional communications to support better decision making
- Effectively communicate issues and learnings to key stakeholders
- Manage multiple vendor and agency relationships
Tracking & Reporting
- Conduct weekly or monthly business reviews with Brands and Affiliates
- Evaluate eCommerce campaign and spend effectiveness
- Analyze and explain site metrics trends and recommend analytics-driven changes to Brands
Campaign Management
- Plan, manage and execute eCommerce programs and campaigns across Affiliates
- Take ownership of Brands’ consolidated annual, quarterly and monthly campaign calendars
- Define business requirements, operational metrics and key performance indicators for campaign measurement
- Proactively identify and resolve issues and roadblocks that arise during the course of campaign execution
- Execute and analyse campaigns to ensure and maximize effectiveness and produce optimal ROI
Project Management
- Take business ownership of new site launches and functionality enhancements
- Key liaison between Brands, Affiliates and partner teams
REQUIREMENT
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in eCommerce or Online Marketing gained from a consumer-focused Brand, eCommerce provider or digital agency practice
- Experience with luxury or prestige industry related brands is a plus, but not mandatory
- Regional work experience would be viewed favorably

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities
Daily deliverables
- Consults with dealership management about vehicle repair capability that supports high quality vehicle repairs
- Help solve dealers complex and difficult concerns
- Share technical information and emerging concerns
- Approve warranty repairs
- Communicate directly with dealer Service Manager, SA and technicians regarding technical concerns and submit report to Regional Aftersales.
Weekly deliverables
- Review Work-In-Progress (WIP) Report of Dealers
- Review weekly dealer KPI performance with Parts & Service Director/Manager.
- Give consultation to dealers on the outcome of their Aftersales KPI results and suggest recommendations to improve performance.
- Review and check with Dealers for possible concerns encountered the previous week in order to come up with specific solutions.
- Set meeting with dealers on issues and concerns affecting to aftersales operations and parts supply
Monthly deliverables
- Conduct Aftersales and Parts process-related training as needed by the dealer service personnel.
- Implement aftersales SOP and guidelines
- Submit to Regional Aftersales monthly Dealer KPI Performance Report (service intake, aftersales revenues, parts wholesales, parts fill rate, etc..)
- Communicate finalized Revenue Performance for the month with respective dealerships.
- Conduct warranty audit, facility inspection and parts inventory review on a monthly basis

Branch Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales management (retail of all passenger cars; excluding fleet)
- Work closely with National Sales Manager (NSM) and Country Manager (CM) to develop annual sales and delivery plan for the sales team
- Cascade sales objectives (volume, margin, etc.) through to the sales team and define the targets for sales team members together with NSM and CM
- Lead, supervise and monitor sales performance of individual Sales Representatives + take corrective measures as needed
- Measure staff performance levels according to retail sales excellence and company policy standards
2. Realize other sales management activities with the other entities/departments (for passenger cars)
- Provide input to NSM & CM in the development of product and price strategy
- Coordinate with and support the Marketing Team in new car sales marketing activities, such road shows, campaigns, other events, etc.
- Actively support the company-wide Customer Relationship Management processes (e.g. ensure an up-to-date customer/prospects database, …)

8. Aftersales
- Ensure the smooth operations of the Aftersales business
- Constructively handle (and supervise the handling of) customer complaints related to aftersales and service staffs in the final escalation process
- Oversee the day to day activities within Aftersales in the branch (Service, Parts and Repair)
- Ensure that all aftersales reports (daily, weekly & monthly) are submitted to regional aftersales team
- Ensure availability of brochures, price lists and other point of aftersales materials on site
- Ensure that all aspects of the showroom (exterior and interior) are in accordance to Subaru and Motor Image guidelines and standards in After Sales designated areas
- Responsible for the profitability of the Aftersales business (aftersales servicing, warranty claims & parts sales)
