Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Profitability:
- To manage the Business unit in accordance to the overall business goals and strategy of company;
- Lead and generate new business by keeping abreast with the current market situation and new opportunities;
- Keep the existing business stable with healthy profitable operations;
- To manage and control the overall costs of the business unit, including but not limited to labor costs, operational costs, food costs, overhead costs, and other related costs;
- Must closely monitor all accounts receivable and overdue accounts to ensure a healthy cash flow within the Business unit
Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction:
- To adhere to the service quality required by company. Ensure operation service standards of quality are being followed and met in all sites;
- To build rapport and strong partnership with existing and potential clients by regular communication and meeting. Taking into account customer needs and requests;
- To enhance a culture of service excellence rooted on the solid implementation of “Yes We Can” culture;
- Create and sustain a strong customer satisfaction and relations system in the business unit to monitor customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of service quality;
People Management and Development:
- Give clear goals, vision and direction to all Business unit team members to engage them in performing effectively and efficiently in alignment with overall companybusiness strategy;
- Ensure a consistent high standard of performance of all management team, demonstrating good team work, effective communication, and continuous improvement achieving positive results;
- Lead and coach the key management team to improve performance and maximize their potential and career development in the company;
- Adhere to the safety, security and environmental advocacy of company. To ensure safety and security of BU employees and assets considering the environment and local community where we operate;
- Propagate the 4 management method (Professionalism, Standardization, Procedure, and People oriented)
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree with minimum of 10 years of related working experience.
- With 8 years or more of Operations experience, and at least 3 – 5 years of management experience.
- Preferably experience in management of service industry such as star-rated hotels, property management companies, state-owned enterprises, especially in security or maintenance, or other hospitality related field
Essential Requirements:
- Good command of English (both written and oral).
- Strong leadership, execution and management skills.
- Result oriented, responsible and well organized with good inter-personal skills.
- A self-starter and able to motivate team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Fluent in English, French and Vietnamese, and preferably other languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese,…)
- Flexibility to work overtime
- Ability to work under pressure
- Open for expat willing to relocate into Vietnam

Business Intelligence
- Develop short and long term eCommerce strategy and roadmap in line with Brand and Affiliate strategy

REQUIREMENT
Work Experience:

Your Key Responsibilities
Daily deliverables
- Consults with dealership management about vehicle repair capability that supports high quality vehicle repairs
- Help solve dealers complex and difficult concerns
- Share technical information and emerging concerns
- Approve warranty repairs
- Communicate directly with dealer Service Manager, SA and technicians regarding technical concerns and submit report to Regional Aftersales.
Weekly deliverables
- Review Work-In-Progress (WIP) Report of Dealers
- Review weekly dealer KPI performance with Parts & Service Director/Manager.
- Give consultation to dealers on the outcome of their Aftersales KPI results and suggest recommendations to improve performance.
- Review and check with Dealers for possible concerns encountered the previous week in order to come up with specific solutions.
- Set meeting with dealers on issues and concerns affecting to aftersales operations and parts supply
Monthly deliverables
- Conduct Aftersales and Parts process-related training as needed by the dealer service personnel.
- Implement aftersales SOP and guidelines
- Submit to Regional Aftersales monthly Dealer KPI Performance Report (service intake, aftersales revenues, parts wholesales, parts fill rate, etc..)
- Communicate finalized Revenue Performance for the month with respective dealerships.
- Conduct warranty audit, facility inspection and parts inventory review on a monthly basis
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or its equivalent
- Min. 3 years working experience in related field & current position
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with good leadership skills
- Self-motivated, dynamic & able to work under pressure, long hours when required & meet tight deadlines.
- Hands on work experience working on cars aftersales service an added advantage
