Job description
- In your new role you will:
- Manage Technical Product Promotion of Industrial Power Semiconductor Products for ASEAN Customers
- Serve as primary contact to design partners to provide technical support, and participate or lead technical collaboration projects with other eco-system partners, including identified universities
- Identify new business opportunities for Industrial Power Semiconductor Products
- Design technical workshop for customers and distribution field application engineers and sales
- Develop reference designs to support regional requirements and accelerate customer system design activities
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Good Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 2 to 5 years’ of experience as a Power Electronics Design Engineer or Power Semiconductor Applications Engineer
- Exposure to Home Appliances, Solar Inverters, UPS, EV Chargers, Industrial Power Supplies, and General Purpose Inverters
- Good understanding of Power Semiconductors and Power Conversion Topologies
- Excellent presentation skills and strong command of English

Field Application Engineer

Job description
In your new role you will:
- Support key customers, especially in the application of SMPS, Lighting, Motor Drives, Inverter in Vietnam (Hanoi)
- Provide technical support and product training to both distributor field application engineers and external customers
- Benchmark and documentation of power components and solutions from the market
- Collect and feedback customer/application requirements
- Drive local application- specific system design as well as customized design
- Prepare technical papers as well as join seminars to promote the company power products
- Drive for new product development for the local market with close communications with our headquarters
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Minimum Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, preferably Masters in Electrical Engineering or even higher
- Minimum 8 to 12 years’ experience in R&D positions for various power electronics technologies
- Good knowledge of power semiconductors

We are looking for a Joint Account Manager to join our Sales team in Hanoi, Vietnam. You will be responsible for designing, executing and controlling all sales activities in a designated account to fulfill the defined sales objectives and maximize the business for all Infineon products in the designated area, across all sales channels and according to the agreed business development programs.

- Sales:
Monitor and grow assigned Vietnam joint accounts. Maintain a good relationship with all levels and contracts negotiation with customers.
- Strategy:
Define segment goals for Joint Account Vietnam customers by implementing an appropriate sales strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize the company business.
- Demand Creation:
Drive design in activities through regular joint customer visit and propose solutions. Team up with division Field Application Engineers to ensure the company is in every socket of customers design.
- Operation:
Ensure input of revenue forecast and budgeting for designated Vietnam joint account. Prepare sales budget by account and define design creation goals.
- Resolve all issues with regards to assigned Vietnam joint accounts on delivery, quality matters, legal matters, pricing alignment.
- Forge strong relationship within management, customer's senior management, distributors and divisions, and bridge up any expectation gaps.
- Drive cross-selling across all divisions for Vietnam joint accounts
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Engineering or similar
- Minimum 10 years of relevant and inclusive of direct sales, technical and distribution management experience
- Good knowledge to interface with the Sales organization, Distribution partners, Marketing, Logistics, Business and Finance
- Requires good analytical skills to analyze data, reports, and information available to resolve problems or formulate strategies
- Provide solutions on critical issue face by end customer and distributor

Program Manager, APAC Operations
- Logistics & Supply Chain
Principle assistant to Head of Operations, APAC in conceptualizing, leading, monitoring and implementing improvement programs in the APAC region. Regional programs may cover any administrative, information system, operational cost, business development, including exploratory areas.
- Research, data collection, conceptualizing and preparation of high quality presentation and proposal materials.
- Key driver of excellence programs in the APAC region.
- Responsible for improvement programs planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, etc. under the direction of Head of Operations, APAC.
- Designing/documenting processes, ensuring SOPs and KPIs are drafted and implemented for programs within the business units.
- Identify bottlenecks/gaps/problems and recommend better processes to achieve higher efficiency.
- Anticipate and articulate issues to provide resolution. Perform root cause analysis, data review and process improvement.
- Engage with different stakeholders on improvement programs.
- Provide reporting per management requirements on processes and due diligence.

Requirements
- Minimum a college degree from an internationally recognized University. Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably within the logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding industry.
- Experience in project management, warehousing, transportation, supply chain design, etc.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, WMS/ERP systems, project management tools (SharePoint, MS Project)
- Self-starter who is attentive to details, highly organize and with emotional maturity.
- Strong analytical background (e.g. financial statements, process flow, system information flow and reports analysis)
