The RE will have the following minimum qualifications:

• Hands on technical experience with and knowledgeable on LAN/WAN operations, Network protocols, UNIX or Linux Operating systems, and/or networking hardware required.
• Support experience with enterprise-level corporate customers in production environments preferred
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 
• Intermediate understanding of TCP/IP protocols and the OSI model
• Proficient with Windows OS
• VLAN – setup and implementation.
• Expirence and knowledge of DNS protocol/BIND
• Able to work with minimal to moderate supervision
• Proven track record in a team environment
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to read, write and speak English and local language fluently, including technical concepts and terminology
• Must be able to relay technical information to customers with varying skill levels
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
• Possess valid F5 101 and 201 Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver based on custom scoped Statements of Work to F5 customers.
• Assume technical responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to, problem identification, systems architecture definition, hardware/software specification, design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
• Manage customer interaction and engagement, including documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain expert level proficiency of F5 products and technologies through self-directed and formal training.
• Maintain availability and flexibility to allow for maximum utilization.
• Scope customer engagements and generate Statements of Work for future delivery.
• Identify additional product/services opportunities within customer’s organization.
• Mentor less experienced consultants

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Technical Knowledge

• Expert knowledge in IP routing & switching.
• Expert knowledge of TCP and UDP.
• Expert knowledge of popular application protocols such as HTTP & DNS.
• Experience with public cloud implementations such as Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with one or more orchestration/container technologies such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Understanding of NFV/SDN technologies, ideally coupled with experience using OpenStack, VMware NSX, Cisco ACI.
• Experience with DevOps and programmability - e.g. NodeJS and leveraging REST.
• Working knowledge and proficiency in F5 products and technologies – LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM, AFM.
• Experience with TCL and JavaScript, ideally having used them in iRules and/or iControl.
• Experience with application level switching and web technologies such as web application firewalls (WAF) and caching/compression.
• Experience with IPSec and/or SSL VPN technologies.
• Experience with ZebOS, BIND, SSH daemons/clients, tcpdump, snoop, ethereal and other packet sniffing software or products.
• Experience with hosting implementations using IIS, Apache, NGINX, WebSphere, WebLogic, Oracle or similar web and application platforms.
• Experience with scripting and development in *nix shell, Perl, Java, JavaScript, Python, C/C++, or similar environments.
• Should be hands-on and be able to perform the function independently.
• Ability to articulate and transfer complex ideas to a wide audience through both verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated strong written communication, presentation writing, and technical documentation skills.
• Certified on at least one or more F5 products is a plus.
• Obtain 30x certification within 3 months from start date.

Language Requirements

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must also be fluent in local language as this role supports our local customers.
• Multiple language skills are a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR TASKS:

Develop and implement content ideas appropriate for use in social media, owned media and earned media in support of the Digital Marketing. The candidate has as a keen eye for compelling content (both written and visual), an awareness of cultural trends, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for ongoing social testing

• Review and map existing social media / website / KOL content strategy and work internally to assure a messaging plan that incorporates best practices, and enterprise goals particularly as it pertains to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and the company blog. This includes the strategic use of post to promote and other audience building tools.
• Draft, review and submit social media content for Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Work with web designer to develop graphical content for inclusion on the social media platforms in order to drive audience engagement.
• Create and/or support the development of video in support of brand messaging for social media channels. This includes acting as the producer for micro video content.

Our ideal candidate must be ready to wear many hats. When it comes to digital content, there's a lot to tackle, including crafting actual posts, analyzing metrics, spearheading social media always-on and campaign efforts, working with account service/creative teams and managing a budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years experience working in a digital agency setting in a similar capacity.
• Resourcefulness and a do-er attitude.
• Strong digital writing and editing skills.
• Understanding of SEO insights and translating them into content ideas.
• Basic understanding of HTML, Javascript and CSS
