Job Description:
- Assist COO in Manpower planning, controlling of manpower cost and allocation of manpower.
- Work in close coordination with COO to understand future Manpower Requirements, and assist in compiling J.D.s,
- Assist in administrative work like compiling Performance Appraisal Forms from various Departments, Units, & R.O. related to Performance Appraisals, Promotions etc.
- Ensure strict compliance of all Company Policies, procedures
- Compile Attrition, monthly manpower movement analysis.
- Act as a link between management and staff/workers, resolving their issues if any and ensure fair and equitable practices.
- Work towards Employee Engagement, Motivation, Grievance handling.
- Ensure all department records are as per ISO standards.
- Any other work assigned by HOD
- Allocation and record keeping of stationery for office staff
- Collecting and scrutinizing telephone, mobile bills. Maintaining records of the same and presenting to management on time to time.
- Monitoring housekeeping staff, Managing reception, EPABX board in the absence of assigned person.
- Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities in the office, serve as a liaison between departments and housekeeping staff in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
- House Keeping, Liasoning with Govt Offices, local administration. Courier inward outward
- Managing Stock of Stationary, office utilities.
- Monitoring upkeep of Office, supervising any Maintenance work carried out in office premises
- Coordinating with Vendors
- Handling, Assisting HOD in organizing Events like office picnic, Annual day celebrations etc.
- Setting up of new offices/Guest Houses
- Coordinating with Architects if any Office Interiors changes to be done
- Striving to maintain excellent Hygiene conditions in office
- Maintenance of Office cars/Booking of vehicles.
- Maintenance of AMC documents, renewal from time to time

Driving performance of the factory to meet the expectation from shareholder is one of the main KPI for Methods Dept.
And the position of Senior Method Engineering will have to ensure all the system in place, all the processes in place or new process will deliver great results.
1.Accountabilities:
Driving performance:
- To lead and deploy all manufacturing processes in compliance to LEAN and SPS
- To drive continuous processes improvement and cost reduction program
- Develop, motivate, and challenge people to achieve target
Implementing SPS system:
- Process Robustness (PFMEA, PCP, Process mapping)
- Value Stream Mapping
- Assembly-Changeover
- Line & Layout Design
- Work Instruction / MI
- LADM: Line Architecture Design Methodology
- Support for Lean Warehouse
- Support for Single Point Scheduling

Optimize the overall process and ensure that all metrics are measured for improvement:
- Maintain a disciplined process to ensure processes, procedures, equipments, visual, jig/fixtures, etc. are available to support production activities per the schedule.
- Execute ME functions according to the business objectives and policies & procedures. Continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the functions. Drive down overall cost of manufacturing including cycle rates, head counts, administration expenses, material scrap and poor yields due to manufacturing related defects.
2. Requirements:
- Graduated from Technical University, or Technology and Education University (Major: Industrial engineering, Industrial system engineering, Electrical and electronic engineering)
- At least 4 years practical experience in advanced manufacturing field. Minimum 3 years experience on similar position
- Business Understanding : Line design, Kaizen activities, Process improvement, Lean concept
3. Required skills & knowledge for the position:
Strong Management and Coordination Skills: Coordination, Planning, Leadership
Technical Skills
- Proven track record in driving corrective actions and implementing change
- Excellent communication skills with high potential in Lean, 6 sigma, leadership, process development are required
- Extensive knowledge of Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes
Personal Traits
- Strong communication skill, decisive, organized, good analyst, passionate.
- Unwilling to accept failure
- Team player, good relationship with Regional team and Engineers.
Languages:
- Fluent in oral and written English.

Production System:
- Line Architecture Design Methodology, Value Stream Mapping, Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis, Change Over Time, KANBAN, Methods Time Measurement competency
Processes:
- Design Manufacturing processes in compliance to LEAN concepts
- Analysis and improve line’s issue
- Continuous Improvement of Processes with Six Sigma, Lean methodology
Kaizen:
- Implement Kaizen to improve KE, DLP
- Implement I See I Do
- Support other team member to implement project
Good attitude to support other departments:
- Transfer project (PJ)
- Build SPEC for new equipment or replacement (ME)
- Come out the solution to fix issue related to MDR, PRR,…(QA)
- Completion of project timeliness
- Performance of automatic equipment
