Reports to (position title): Cluster Marketing Communications Director

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• University Degree in Business school (or other similar Marketing Education)

Working Experience:

• At least 10 year experience in Marketing and/or Communications
• Prefer to work for MNCs or famous local communications group, including agency.
• Public relations and trade marketing experiences are advantages

Business Understanding:

• Understanding of multi –culture markets with various business models 
• Customer insights/Lead management/ KPIs oriented.    
• Interested in technical products and solutions.

Others:

• Strong interpersonal and social skills resulting in the ability to guide and inspire teams
• Good written and spoken English
• Willing to work in a multifunction team and able to work with other global teams
• Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement

Position Title: Operational Offer Manager  

Function/Department: Operational Marketing - Energy Business

Reports to (position title): Vice President – Energy

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering.  Strong Commercial profile a plus.

Working Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Electrical Distribution. Experience working with multinational companies and handling offer marketing and/or product application function is a plus.

Business Understanding:

• Good understanding of market players, Vietnam requirement for Electrical Distribution.

  Knowledge of MV/LV products (circuit breakers, MV/LV panels, MV Distribution Equipment etc ). Understanding of competitors’ products is a plus.

Others:

• Attention to details, self-starters, proactive, ability to learn, result-oriented, good organization & planning skills, good business sense, performs well under a high pressure and dynamic environment. Excellent spoken & written English, good verbal & written communication, presentation/reporting, analytical skills. Good computer skills.

• Bachelor Degree preferably major in Trading or Marketing. Engineering Degree is a plus.

Working Experience:

• At least 5-year experience in operational marketing, channel development, business development in similar industries

• Understanding of company’s products and competitors is an advantage

Job Title: Planing & Marketing Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for All Commercial CSR Activities (Sticker campaign )
• Implementing Marketing Visualization project
• Event content creation
• Make initial plan for all assigned commercial events
• Organize, oversee and assess events
• Under Product Planning of BSTVN and prepare action plan yearly for new Product Launching Plan

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years marketing experience (Join Social activities such as UNESCO is a plus)
• Excel advance, Planning, Market survey, strong written communication skills
• English - advanced
