Responsibilities:

• Regularly creating and updating marketing material such as pictures, catalogue, newsletters, brochures, posters, website pages and others, combining pictures, designs and texts content on products for external communication in support to sales team in its development mission.
• Photography, producing technical pictures  (furniture, decoration items…) and managing pictures data base
• Support in writing press releases and brand identity to present products and services to customer.
• Handle customers’ requests regarding customers’ websites feeding
• Contribute to the process of creating new products
• Create and implement the Company packaging design standards and rules
• Contribute to feeding and managing our prospective/client database

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or Design
• 1 to 3 years working experience in Graphic design
• Proficient in using photo-editing software (PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, and InDesign)
• The candidate will be requested to show some of his work
• Ability to get a feel of the products and to write solid products description for catalogues or websites
• Have an interest in furniture and design in general.

• Set up and produce the monthly management reporting package
• Make analysis on company overall operation efficiency, identify areas of progress and makes recommendations
• Set up a monitoring system for the furniture business raw material business and perform analysis as needed
• Calculate CBDs (Cost Break Down) for ceramics products and calculate monthly margin by product for Ceramics business
• Assist Financial Control Director in:
• Preparing a 5 years financial planning  model for each company and regularly update it based no actual performances
• Managing the Group management accounting system and recommend actions to improve its accuracy, reliability and adequacy to management needs
• Assessing short, mid and long term development strategy as well as undertaking financial assessment of projects
• Preparing financing files for financial institutions
• Overviewing the Ceramics business statistics team
• Assist the Financial Controller Director in the implementation of the following projects:
• SAP project completion including CRM, accounting and costing as well as raw material data base with expected completion date being April 2015
• Development of a production information system for the furniture business aiming at production statistics on production activities

Responsibilities:

• Develop SC Capability Development Strategy and Implementation Plan within the framework of SC Strategy to design and adapt global training curriculum with local tailored-made training needs
• Develop Annual SC Training plan in conjunction with SC, HR and regional SC team based on specific training needs analysis and overall SC competency needs for all SC forces.
• Design courses, develop training materials, Implement and adapt reality of "SC Capability Development Plan" including nationwide SC capability plan and local tailored-made training plan by working closely with Regional SC team to assure the training plan fulfillment, alignment and execution has been implemented as designed.
• Design sustainable SC force Career Roadmap and provide necessary training & development plan to support the career development framework
• Design effective training & development tracking system in-place to identify key performers and prepare for succession planning within SC department

Requirements:

• University graduated – prefer in technical

Responsibilities:

• To lead total QEOSH function for three plants in Viet Nam in order to ensure full compliance with all local regulations and KO requirements related to food safety, quality, environment and occupational health & safety
• Manage and drive the QEOSH system in CCBV to meet local requirements and KORE.
• Consistent achieve QEOSH objectives
• Ensure the compliance to Work Right audit (QEOSH related)
• Ensure the implementation of POV effectively
• Participate into commercialization process in term of SRA and product / packaging innovation
• Financial control: ensure the actual COE does not go beyond the BP
• People development: ensure training plan being conducted as planned, monitor performance and develop succession plan for plant QEOSH manager and QEOSH compliance officer
