Position: Product Engineer ( Development Manager)

Salary: USD 3,000-USD 4,000
Report to : Head of Product Development (Expat)
Working location: Hai Phong

Responsibility:

• To co-ordinate factory sample making and factory based development work on new design ideas, ensuring that new styles are approved on time
• To manage the creation of product handover packages, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, to assist Commercialization as required to flex the roles i.e. Some commercialization work will be required at peak periods.
• To supervise the creation of sample shoes, ensuring that key aesthetic details and styling requirements are executed effectively in the finished product
• To initiate ideas for design, specification and construction changes to reduce product cost without compromising the design concept
• To work with the costing team members to ensure costs are correct.
• To ensure that new materials and components are tested and approved against the Brand standards prior to being confirmed in product specifications.
• To resolve any fitting problems with new design ideas, achieving a fit standard approved for the style approval transfer package.
• To co-ordinate sample sole mould making activities within product sign off deadlines
• To collaborate w/ Costing, Commercialization and other team members to ensure that product is Developed and Engineered for successful commercialization and manufacturing with cost engineering principles employed.
• To supervise the work of team members

Technical Skills:

• Able to read and check engineering drawings
• Able to check sample shoes against a design brief and ensure that pattern proportions, material specifications and production techniques are of an acceptable standard
• Able to check the fitting quality of a sample shoe and rectify any problems
• Successful Experience:
• Extensive (10 years) experience working in a sample making environment delivering productions to the standards expected by International brands
• Practical experience making shoe patterns
• Experience of production quality control or physical product testing

Job Description:

• In charge of lead generation, promotion, business intelligence, customer relations, branding and corporate communication activities for our business in Vietnam

• Requires close collaboration with international and field marketers, regional business streams and country management to ensure the Company’s business objectives are meet.

• Be expected to support the establishment of relationships with local governmental and international organizations and business associations of interest by participating in meeting, seminars, events and others

• Plan and control budget for company-wide marketing and communications activities

• Provide training / training opportunities to team members.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or equivalent work experience;

• Knowledge of TIC business will be advantageous;

• Ability to develop marketing strategy to and implement in specific Marketing programs;

• Experience in marketing activities in a service organization, including establishment of customer communication channels, publicity, advertising, website, fairs and other promotional events. Knowledge of digital marketing preferred;

• Strong experience in communicating effectively with media, business partners and senior management;

• Good command of spoken and written English;

• High problem solving skills, analytical/ observation skills;

• Experience in project management and ability to meet deadlines;

• Expertise in using emails, internet searching and Microsoft Office.

Description:

• Build up the regulation, procedure and guideline for property and facility operations;
• Plan and control budget for building operation to ensure the efficiency;
• Lead& supervise Building Managers to run the buildings: office staffs, technical section, cleaner, security, garbage collector…
• Manage contractors
• Resolve residents’ matters
• In charge of selection and training management – operation team;
• Prepare reports in monthly/quarterly in financial management of operation building;
• Make transaction with local government and other related parties;
• Other will be discussed during interview.

Requirements:

• Graduate Bachelor of field in Technical, Business Administration,and Project Management
• Possess  certification of building management-    Possess certificat
• Good communication and reporting in English
• Have experience in the same industry
• Skill of problem-solving, communication, time management
• Well organized, can work independently or teamwork
• Working overtime and holidays when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and encourage the cooperation between digital marketers and corporate marketing shares services to ensure optimal implementation of CRM (Customer Relations Management), DMP (Data Management Platform) and social media programs complementing the Company key online business campaigns.
• Improve the coverage and the accuracy of the online sell-out recognition process and establish win-win relationships with e-retailers so that their sales are tagged and data are shared with the Company.
• Develop and implement a program to reduce the amount of parallel important products traded on the Market Place portals and encourage sales of genuine the Company products.

Requirements:

• Have experience in E-Commerce
• Have experience in Business Strategy, Marketing and Sales
• Experience on setting up the E-Commerce business including platform, business operation
• Experience in E-Commerce/Mobile Payment and Customer Relations Management
• Very Good English in both writing and communication
• Strong Leadership and Teamwork capability
• Follow through and work with discipline to execute a mission on time with accuracy
