Working: Ho Chi Minh

Responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales and indirect sales for software solutions and devices such as AP, Retails Solution, Warehouse Solution, E. Business, Smart Factory, POS…etc. and working with development Team of the company Data Communication Team in Korea
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets of Solution and Services.
• Manage and close sales opportunities through accurate forecasting, account and opportunity planning, account resource allocation and opportunity management.
• Establish and maintain key account and channel partner relationships.
• Explain services and software solution value proposition to prospective customers, collect customer’s needs.
• Prepare tender document; make quotation, contract and sales report.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement (including costs, delivery dates, scope of services) and closing sales.
• Prepare for client demos; work with delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, technology solution option, and recommendations in addition to price estimates.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with technology vendors, end users, management and others outside the organization

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree 
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience and proven record in selling direct and through/with channel partners in Enterprise IT Solution.
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• GOOD at Korean Language is plus 
• GOOD at using MS
• Strong knowledge in IT enterprise terminology (i.e., AP, Retails Solution, Warehouse Solution, E. Business, Smart Factory, IT Devides...).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (leads, quotes, opportunities).
• Log sales activity and update lead status. Provide predictable and precise sales forecasts.

Requirements:

• Good in English (the person will be reporting directly to Chief Accountant, who is Vietnamese, but also working closely with the Chef Executive who is American – candidate has to have skills to communicate with the Chef about the ingredients need to buy, prices for them etc., so at least intermediate English skills are required).
• At least 2 years work experience in F&B industry, as Cost Controller.
• Those two above points are most important, everything else is not significant.

Requirement:

Description:

• Plan & Implement marketing strategies and marketing and communications plans including developing plan proposals for individual marketing campaigns which support Sales Team to gain company Target
• Execute approved plans from idea to production, handle all logistics and last-minute emergency. Supervise and manage events to achieve customer satisfaction, and deliver commitments for clients. Monitor actual results against plan and budget, measure effectiveness and impact of each event campaign.
• Work closely with all relating internal teams (Sales, Solutions,…) to identify emerging customer needs and preferences, as well as the effectives of individual marketing activities, and regularly review the ROI of all activities with this information in mind;
• Plan and organize complex PR campaign, press release and customer presentations to attract prospective customers;
• Build up effective advertising & promotion program to increase brand-awareness and support Direct Sales and In-direct sales to hit target.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new businesses on assigned insurance classes / lines by approaching potential clients via proper channels.
• Refer to Underwriting Department to prepare and set up proper terms and conditions for the insurance contracts in compliance to company underwriting guidelines.
• Prepare offer, quotation, negotiate with clients win insurance contract
• Follow-up and manage outstanding premium of assigned accounts
• Proceed renewal business and cross-selling to achieve renewal premium targets
• Maintain client database and profile, respond and support all client's requests regarding the covers of insurance contract. retain/ increase renewal premium or new premium from renewal business
• Initiate and maintain customer service activities to and improve customer trust and loyalty
• Cooperate with relevant Department in risk survey, risk management activities and other services for clients
• Others tasks as required.

Requirements:

• University graduate in relevant disciplines, preferably in Foreign Trade, Economics, Insurance.
• Experience in sales, customer service in insurance: Executive,  Senior Executive, Assistant Manager
• Understanding of non-life insurance market and products.
• Good command of both written and verbal English.
• Computer literate with common Office packages. 
• Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant, presentable, self-initiative and team player.
