Position: Head of Finance Manager

Reporting to : Regional Finance

Working in IZ park-Binh Duong

Salary : USD 4000- USD 6000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position is responsible for corporate accounting and internal reporting for Company and subsidiaries.
  • Manage the work and development of staff members.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate books and subsidiaries.
  • Prepare monthly reporting package, including comparative reports of operating results and financial position and variance explanations.
  • Prepare monthly forecast update, primarily by working closely with department heads in forecasting their department’s overheads.
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly parent company reporting package.
  • Prepare or review annual audit workpapers and the six-months review workpapers for the outside auditors.
  • Assist in preparing annual audited financial statements.
  • Review bank reconciliations, loan schedules, management fees, etc.
  • Prepare or review the tax computation and other government forms.
  • Preparation (or review), analysis and true-ups of corporate allocation and recoveries.
  • Review intercompany billings to parent company, including the follow up of payment.
  • Assist the management in preparing the annual corporate budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • 8 + years of experience, including two years of supervisory responsibility.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Ability to see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to produce deliverables.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
  • Ability to meet and establish deadlines.
  • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Corporate accounting experience, including overheads and payroll.
  • Experience in forecasting and budgeting.
  • Related degree and public accounting experience .
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Able to travel at short notice.
  • Intermediate to advanced applications software expertise (Excel and accounting software(ACCPAC).

Job title: Technical Sales Executive   

Department: Sales

Major Responsibilities

  • Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products and to achieve the desired growth in business volume reflected in the individual’s ePMS targets.
  • Prepare sales plans and secure orders for the Company's products, solutions and services, and to achieve the sales and income target (monthly/annually) as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and development, with special emphasis on the project and end user market.
  • Establish good rapport with the various Lapp organizations and other suppliers (if any) and to liaise with them on customers’ needs.
  • Plan and conduct technical seminars or solutions/product demonstration to prospective customers in a professional and high quality manner.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers/dealers in order to maintain good rapport as well as to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services/support and other market information.
  • Establish healthy customer relations and provide efficient and effective service/ support so as to maintain their confidence in the reputation of the products and services offered by the Company.
  • Work out quotations for customers based on ABC pricing.
  • Attend to customers' complaints and enquiries with professionalism and integrity.
  • Update visits report, 20 days planner, opportunity pipeline in C4C.  Report customer’s complaints/problems encountered on a regular basis.
  • Gather market information so as to keep the Sales Manager and Marketing Executive updated on competitors’ movements and the Company's position in the market.
  • Be conscious and receptive to customers’ needs, market trend and new products launched by competitors.
  • Attend all necessary project site meetings when required in order to ensure smooth hand over.
  • Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork with the sales team.
  • Learn, update and consistently demonstrate the core competencies required for the job.
  • Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by the Sales Manager.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • 2 to 3 years’ sales experience from process automation, system integration/design, building automation, air conditioning or heavy industry will be considered. Candidates with qualification but without related industry sales background will also be considered.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with good business acumen.
  • Friendly disposition, proactive and a good team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic leadership for the EOSH function to define and develop the plant  objectives, goals, strategies and initiatives necessary to ensure legal compliance, support Company EOSH goals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Providing Governance oversight for the EOSH function to develop EOSH policies, monitor  compliance, program and process implementation and EOSH performance, and routinely communicating these to the Leadership Team.
  • Improving EOSH capabilities across Group operations by developing and supporting the execution of awareness and training processes and tool to continually improve associate capability and performance.
  • Deploy innovative solutions for EOSH program management, execution and effectiveness to provide safer and more sustainable operations.

  • Experience with developing and maintaining EOSH management systems including ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001.  Leadership experience in directing EOSH departments, contractors and managing technical personnel.
  • University/Bachelor’s degree: In a technical field preferably in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.   Post Graduate desired
